Here's one to a pretty scrambled eggs. Why scrambled eggs? Well some actually used a lot of oil or butter to get it moist. For some who does not like the oils, it'll turn out to be dry if overcooked or unevenly cooked.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 medium eggs
2 tablespoons milk (low fat/full cream/fresh)
a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Crack open the eggs into a bowl.
- Add in milk and pinch of salt.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- Heat up a non-stick frying pan at medium low heat.
- Once heated, pour in the mixture and begin cooking the scrambled eggs style.
- Add a dash or two pepper and serve.
