Cranberry Olive Tomato Almond Lettuce Salad

Prep Time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients:
8 leaves Lettuce
10 pcs.  Black Olives
20 pcs.  Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp.   Almond Flakes
1 tbsp.   Dried Cranberries
Parmesan Cheese (Flakes / Powder)

Dressing:
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp.   Honey
1 tsp.   HP Sauce


Directions:
  1. Soak lettuce, tomatoes in a bowl of salt water to remove any pesticide residue for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Mix and stir all dressing ingredients and let it sit in fridge for awhile.
  3. Drain lettuce and tomatoes. You can either do it using salad spinner or your own preferred method.
  4. Start by cutting the lettuce about 1.5 inch width and place it into a salad bowl.
  5. Then add in tomatoes by cutting it into halves.
  6. Begin slicing olives and add into the bowl.
  7. Add in the dried cranberries and almond flakes.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan, add dressing and serve.
