Heresy a quick bite if your are thinking of a light dinner. It's a combination of Korean (Pajeon) and Japanese (Okonomiyaki).

3 Chicken Frankfurters (sliced)
5 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
1 cup of grated Cheese

Directions:
- Pan grill the sliced frankfurters and put aside.
- In a bowl mix all base/batter until thoroughly mixed to get a thick consistency.
- Pour half the batter into a heated non-stick medium sized pan and spread it evenly. Leave on for a while or until base is golden browned before flipping over.
- After flip over to start cooking the other side, begin putting a layer of cheese on top then the garlic and sliced frankfurters. The melting cheese will stick the frankfurters and garlic onto the base.
- When the base has turn golden brown, gently transfer the pancake onto a plate.
- Add finishing sauces like mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce then top with milled pepers / seaweed flakes / bonito flakes / chili flakes.
- Pancake is then ready to serve.
