1.5 Cup Pasta of your choice
2 Medium Tomatoes / 20 Cherry Tomatoes
15 Pitted Black Olives
1 Portobello Mushroom / 5 Button Mushrooms
5 Cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Yogurt + Cheddar Cheese / Cream Cheese
few dashes of Chili Flakes
few dashes of Parmesan Cheese
LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste

15 Pitted Black Olives
1 Portobello Mushroom / 5 Button Mushrooms
5 Cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Yogurt + Cheddar Cheese / Cream Cheese
few dashes of Chili Flakes
few dashes of Parmesan Cheese
LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste
- Boil water and cook pasta per instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
- Slice Mushrooms and marinade with LP sauce / seasoning of your choice.
- Chop tomatoes into small pieces, slice Black Olives, and, Garlic.
- Heat up oil in a small pot. Add sliced garlic and cook until slightly brown. Add mushrooms and chopped tomatoes. Continue to cook until tomatoes soft and watery then add the sliced black olives, chili flakes, oregano, and yogurt + cheddar cheese.
- Add LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook until slightly thicken.
- Turn off the heat. Then add pasta and toss to mix. Add dashes of chili flakes & Parmesan cheese and you are ready to serve.
