Caesar Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3 slices of multi-grain sesame bread lightly coated with oil or butter.
8 leaves Lettuce
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp. LP Sauce
Pepper to taste


 Directions:

Preparing the Croutons
  1. Put the bread into freezer to harden. This will help to trap moist in the bread, and when the crouton is being prepared, it will not get over dry and overly hardened.
  2. Lightly coat each slices of bread on both sides with oil or butter. Then cut into cubes of about 1 cm or less in size.
  3. Heat up the wok or pan then add in the cubed breads. Keep tossing the cubes until crispy and set aside. 


Preparing the Salad
  1. Soak the lettuce in vinegar water for cleaning.
  2. Cut the lettuce into 4 to 5 parts per leave and put into salad wringer to dry out the water.
  3. Transfer lettuce into salad bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, LP sauce and pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan cheese and croutons prepared and you are ready to serve.
