Sausage Aglio Olio

Ingredients:
1.5 Cup Spaghetti / Angel Hair
2 Frankfurters
1 Medium Tomato / 10 Cherry Tomatoes
15 Pitted Black Olives
4 Button Mushrooms
10 Cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
few dashes of Chili Flakes
few dashes of Parmesan Cheese
LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
15 Pitted Black Olives
4 Button Mushrooms
10 Cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Oregano
few dashes of Chili Flakes
few dashes of Parmesan Cheese
LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Boil water and cook pasta per instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
- Slice Mushrooms, chop tomatoes into small pieces, slice Black Olives, Onion and, Garlic.
- Heat up oil in a small pot. Add sliced garlic and cook until slightly brown.
- Add mushrooms and chopped tomatoes.
- Add the sliced black olives, chili flakes, and oregano.
- Add LP Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook until slightly thicken.
- Turn off the heat. Then add pasta and toss to mix.
- Add dashes of chili flakes & Parmesan cheese and you are ready to serve.
Note: In this case, I've topped with Cashew Nuts
