Cooking - Quick Silken Tofu in Oyster Sauce

I was in a situation where I have this but not that, time is a concern. And this is what I got. 

Quick Silken Tofu in Oyster Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes     |     Cooking Time: 5 minutes     |      Yields: 2 paxs

Ingredients:
My easiest and fastest tofu recipe
1 block of Japanese Soft Silken Tofu

Seasoning:
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Shao HsingWine
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Pepper

1 stalk Chinese cilantro

     Directions:
    1. Mix all seasoning together (except for the Shao Hsing Wine) and cook to simmer in a small pot that can fit in the block of tofu.
    2. Add the block of Japanese Soft Silken Tofu and cover for about 2 to 3 minutes. Lightly toss in between time.
    3. When sauce is slightly thicken, remove from heat and add Shao Hsing Wine.
    4. Top with chopped Chinese cilantro and you are ready to serve.
