Japan Holidays (Day05-Day06_Nagano-Osaka)

06 APR 2018 : Day#05 (Chino-Osaka)

• Checked out the hotel 11am from Chino after our sumptuous Japanese breakfast. Here on wards, honeymoon with hubby. YIPPIEEEE~!
• Took a long train ride down to Osaka. This wasn't part of the plan. Was planning to skip Osaka and stay longer at Kyoto instead. Couldn't find any hotel due to fully booked at most places and won't be available for another 2 more days.
• By the time we reach Osaka it was already 4pm. Took us some time to find the AB&B place which is located in Tennōji-ku Ōsaka-shi. Apartment name  Dōgashiba apparently I found out that it was a translation of Dog Shiba (Japanese 柴犬). Settled down and browse for dinner at nearby place. 
• Well this is a must have for visit to Osaka. Okonomiyaki and Modanyaki. It is some back lane restaurant which is located near the Tsuruhashi Station. It was a rainy day. I'm glad that I have bring along an umbrella (Crazy right? bringing an umbrella for holiday. Yup. That's me.). We were a bit too greedy and ordered one each for ourselves. Yes it was filling. But since we needed the energy for the travel and walking around it went down really really fast. And not to mention, we did not have our lunch in the train because was expecting for the cart to pass by. Either we were sleeping and missed it.
• After our dinner, rain stopped and we took our slow stroll in and out of some Family marts for some Japanese snacks and vending machines for hot coffee. Was so tempted to get a bite on the Takoyaki 😋. Nope did not was really too full. We adjourn back to the AB&B for early rest and early start for the next day.

07 APR 2018 : Day#06 (Osaka)

• Rise and shine and early start for the day. Took the train from the nearby Momodani Station and went straight to Sensaibashi. TAKOYAKI 😋. yummy~! First stall stop upon reaching. Plans here? Purchase DISNEYSEA entrance ticket for my second last 
• Next stop Dotonbori. It's just a short few minutes walk away. This is a place famous for eateries especially seafood. I need to skip the giant crab 😞 don't want any allergy reactions in mid trip. 
• There's lots to see and eat all around. Can't remember what i ate in the end 😋. There's this belt sushi which was nothing to brag about. Somehow same as what we get in Malaysia as well. Now I know why the Japanese doesn't go to belt sushi places. So if you happen to be in Japan, just leave out the belt sushi places. It won't be as good as the sushi bar. Will tell more in the days to come.
