Cooking - Avocado Corn Tomato Cucumber Salad

Here is some quick prep refreshing salad recipe. 

Avocado Corn Tomato Cucumber Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes     |     Cooking Time: 0 minute     |      Yields: 2 to 3 paxs

Ingredients:
1 Avocado Fruit
1 Japanese Cucumber
1 small pack Cherry Tomatoes
1 Sweet Corn
0.5 Lemon

Seasoning:
Table Salt
Grind Black Pepper
Colorful and Refreshing Salad
     Directions:
    1. Remove sweet corn from cob and steam in microwave for 5 to 10minutes. Once done, remove from microwave and set to cool down. 
    2. While waiting for the sweet corn to cook. Cut the avocado, and japanese cucumber in small cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves or 1/3 if it is too big. 
    3. Juice the half lemon. Set aside to top little by little just in case it gets too sour. Or add to your liking. 
    4. Toss everything in the salad bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
    5. It is ready to serve or refrigerate for later but not more than 1 day.
